Returns/Exchanges
Returns are not accepted.
Exchanges are accepted only if something arrives damaged. To start an exchange, please reach out to marketing@mxholdings.com
All of the products on our site have a size chart that should be used before ordering. At this time, we are unable to accept returns due to sizing issues.
Shipping
This depends on your location but is shipped by ground.
Depending on your location, all deliveries will be sent by ground. You will receive a confirmation with tracking information after you place your order.
When you check out, you will have the opportunity to ship your products directly to your house or another location. Products, unless purchased by HR, marketing, or managers for their teams, should not be sent to the office or other facility.
Credits
You will be given creates at the kickoff of the store. Your manager can also give you credits within Bucketlist as well starting 2024.

You must be logged in to your account to access your credits. Once you are logged in, add the desired items to your cart. When you are ready to check out, go to the shopping cart, and scroll down to the section titled, ‘What would you like to do next?’ Click the section labeled ‘Use store Credit’.

Once you select that dropdown option, you can type in any dollar amount (up to the credit dollar amount you have). Click the ‘Apply Credit’ button and you will see the credit amount taken out of the cart total at the bottom of the page. Once you checkout, taxes and shipping will be added to your final total.

Your credits will still be valid within the store.
Bulk Orders

Trade show products will be ordered through the Swag Store but still must be expensed like any other Trade Show expense.
